This workshop empowers leaders to “tune into” themselves (values, needs, passion & strengths) and achieve greater self-awareness of their “light”/strengths as well as their “shadow”/potential risks through guided reflection, conversations as well as profiling using the StrengthsFinder 2.0 tool. Only when leaders truly know and understand themselves, can they lead authentically and be able to effectively impact and influence their subordinates.
